Where Are We Going?
Beginner classes can take place in diverse locations that encourage exploration of camera techniques and subjects. For Sunrise/Sunset or NiSi Starter Sessions, options include Los Angeles local beaches, Downtown Los Angeles, or any spot you’ve always wanted to shoot in the greater Los Angeles Area.
DSLR/Photo 101, Sunrise/Sunset, and NiSi Starter Sessions are bookable within a 2-hour radius of Los Angeles, CA.
Astrophotography and Full Day Workshops require locations within 6 hours of Los Angeles such as the Eastern Sierra Nevada, Death Valley or Yosemite unless special arrangements are made.
Chris has deep knowledge of Southern California and Western States locations, many of which he has secured permits for commercial use.
Note: Some locations require advance permits and paperwork, which may affect workshop pricing.

Editing sessions and tutorials can be purchased separately or as an add-on here.

It’s best to bring your own camera gear tailored to your photography goals, but Chris can provide guidance on gear setup and usage during the workshop. If you do not have a camera Chris can provide rental guidance or if arranged prior he can let you use his equipment.
